Heritage on the Marina offers an enhanced Wellness Program to our residents. Our approach is holistic, focusing on all dimensions of wellness. We also assist residents with improving their quality of life through fitness, education and fun.
We offer a wide variety of classes including; Chair Aerobics, Tai Chi, Yoga, Balance and Posture classes. Our Wellness Program also includes regularly scheduled lectures discussing topics relevant to mind, body and spirit.
Residents can schedule a private consultation with our Director of Wellness and Community Life, who will provide fitness training, helping you design an individual fitness plan based on your personal goals, while providing ongoing support.
