For many years, many people who care about Heritage on the Marina and the neighborhood around it have been considering plans for the community’s future. At this time, the Board of Heritage on the Marina has decided to proceed with next steps for a repositioning plan for the campus that includes:
These changes help us improve the existing campus and align our operations to meet the evolving needs of current and future residents.
We will work closely with residents, employees, the City, and our Marina District neighbors to ensure we are thoughtful and transparent about the process and its impacts.
